O’Neill Hit The Road: The Flooded City

The town of Epecuén, on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, was overcome by floods in the mid 80’s and had to be abandoned. 25 years later, the flood waters finally receded revealing a city in ruins, but a playground of sorts to others. Team O’Neill wake riders Nico von Lerchenfeld and Caroline Djupsö along with filmer Steffen Vollert travelled to Epecuén with a winch in tow to capture some incredible footage of wakeboarding through this deserted town.
